2010 Merit Increase Projections
by Kristy Williams, CCP, Survey Manager

In August of 2009,  The Management Association of Illinois released its 2009 Annual Pay Adjustment Survey results which indicate actual pay increases given from July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009, along with projected pay increases for the next twelve months.

The Management Association's results closely mirror those reported merit increases collected from national associations and consulting firms.  The trend out of this year's data shows the average increase approximately 1% lower than the previous year in actuals and projections.
