Amy Atcha has been with the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration, Chicago Regional Office since June 1990. She has held positions as an Auditor, a Senior Investigator, and is currently the Associate Regional Director.

Mrs. Atcha earned a B.S. in Accounting from Ferris State University and a B.B.A. in Management from Iowa State University. Amy has also holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
