Kathryn O’Connor, HR/Compensation Analyst, consults with clients on job evaluation systems, compensation system design, and using survey data to benchmark compensation practices. She also provides training services on a variety of Human Resource and Leadership topics for The Association and for member organizations. Her prior experience includes over 7 years of benefits, compensation, and HRIS work in the benefits outsourcing and healthcare industries.
Ms. O’Connor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
