Kristy Williams' primary role is to manage the internal administration of the Association’s numerous compensation and benefits surveys conducted by the Management Association and other groups. Additionally, she is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Association’s website and HTML newsletters and emails.
Ms. Williams has a bachelors degree from Augustana College in Elementary Education and Spanish. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork (formerly the American Compensation Association).
