Susan Schliep is an HR Interim Generalist, providing human resource services to member organizations. She also provides training services on a variety of human resource and supervisory topics. Prior to working for The Management Association, Susan was a Human Resource Manager in the financial services industry in the Chicagoland area. She has over twenty years of experience in training and development, employee relations, compensation management, benefits administration, recruitment, and the overall strategic management of the Human Resource function during mergers and acquisitions.
Susan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Organizational Communications from Loyola University of Chicago. She has also earned an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from DePaul University of Chicago. She is a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) as designated through the Human Resource Certification Institute (SHRM).
