What Will Be in Your Budget for 2011?

The results of our 2010 Salary Budget Survey were released this month with data from 142 participating organizations.  In addition to pay increase data, the survey also covers pay structure spreads, promotional increases, and performance-based variable pay plans.  Members may access the full survey on our website.

The following charts show projected average pay adjustments given in the period from 7/1/10 to 6/30/11 as a percentage of pay including merit, general, and/or COLA.  Please see my previous article explaining the difference between the averages (with zeros or without), and a historical look at this survey:
