Just Like a Public Radio Pledge Drive: We Need Your Support

Our surveys are member-supported. Simply put, they exist because members provide us with their data throughout the year on many different topics: turnover, holidays, policies and benefits, medical contributions, current economic conditions, HR metrics and vendors, and a variety of different compensation areas (national and local) representing over 1,000 job titles.
Here's a sample from our recent survey on Employer Practices and Plans for 2010:
Our surveys are ever-changing to try to meet the needs of our members on hot topics or relevant job changes that are occurring in the market. You may not know that we even create new industry-specific compensation surveys, such as for our library and non-profit members, when the need arises.
An important theme we’ve been trying to convey this year is that without your continued support, our reports will suffer and it is especially visible in the area of data breakouts. We know you love to see data that is cut to be more meaningful for your organization. Maybe you like to compare to your industry or to your location or to your organization size. Maybe you take the average of a couple of those to customize the data further. We love providing that information to you, but we can only do it when we have a minimum of 5 organizations providing data for the breakout.
We still need your support for the revised 2010 National Executive Compensation Survey (final deadline March 19) and the 2010 Wage/Salary/Library Surveys, due March 26. Email me to have your invitation email resent.

Workforce decisions are only as good as the tools and data you use. Please be on our team of supporters and participate in our surveys. As a thank you gift, members receive FREE PDF reports for which they provide data. Just like the radio, every participant counts!
