Business metrics enable organizations to make informed decisions based on internal historical data as well as industry benchmarks. In today’s economy, it is critical that human resource professionals also quantify the impact of HR activities to ensure that these activities are positively impacting their organization’s key business measures.
For this reason, The Management Association, in conjunction with the Employers Association Development Group (EADG), is again requesting participation in its National HR Metrics Survey. The EADG was created in order to provide a web-based, national HR metrics calculator.
Survey results enable participating organizations to benchmark their individual HR metrics against national data. These metrics include:
