We want you to receive all the Association e-mails and updates to which you have subscribed. If you are properly subscribed, but are not receiving our communications, there are several possibilities to check:
1. You may not have confirmed your subscription when you originally subscribed.
2. The communications may be getting blocked by your organization’s email filtering process. Ask your IT Department to add the following sending domains to your network white list:

3. The communications may be getting blocked by the junk or spam settings on your computer. Check your Junk E-mail or Spam folder. If you find an Association e-mail there, mark the message as “Not Junk” or “Not Spam.”
In MS Outlook, right click the email, choose Junk E-mail and click Add Sender’s Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List.
Also:
Ensure that your e-mail software is configured to allow image downloads from the Internet. If you cannot see images (a blocked image appears as a red X placeholder), you may need to adjust the settings on your computer. Your IT department should be able to resolve this issue for you.
