The Family and Medical Leave Updated Notice:
We would be delighted to take your order for the All-In-One Poster containing the updated Family and Medical Leave Act Notice. However, we will not be able to complete your order until the updated poster becomes available from the U.S. Department of Labor and is incorporated into the All-In-One Poster. While we predict this will occur very soon, please note that this federal change has a far-reaching effect to employers in all 50 states. We will ship your order as we are able to.
If you are an employer who does not have FMLA legal obligations (employ fewer than 50 employees), you may wish to purchase just the Illinois poster and we may supply you, upon request, hard copies of the federal applicable posters for you to post.
Please also note that there are several states that are undergoing mandatory changes. If you are ordering a poster for states other than Illinois, your order may be delayed in shipping, due to the availability of information regarding the mandatory changes by state agencies. As soon as specific state notices are made available, they will be incorporated in the All-In-One poster and shipped to you.
