Discrimination & Harassment Awareness
The Management Association strongly recommends that every employer present this training opportunity to their entire workforce. The program is led by one of our expert training staff which includes an on-staff labor and employment law attorney, and is most often presented on-site, at your facility.

Training Plan Consulting
When an employer sees a gap in the skill set of an employee, often the knee-jerk response is to send the employee to training… any kind of training. But blindly sending employees to training programs without foresight is both costly and inefficient. Our training consultants can help your organization assess needs and develop a training plan that will ensure that your employees develop the skills necessary to actually make a positive, noticeable impact.
