Our survey instrument will reveal your employees' opinions, attitudes and ideas in key areas affecting moral, productivity and the bottom line. It will help you gather new ideas for improving the way things are currently done, and alert you to any signs of union activity.

Our express survey includes 15 topical statements and an open-ended question administered confidentially to all your employees, either electronically or on paper, as your needs require. We will collect and tabulate the data, then present you with a written, graphical and narrative executive summary that compares your employees' responses with national normative data. You won't be left guessing if your responses warrant immediate action or are less pressing. We will provide you with statistics to clearly identify areas of concern and help you to effectively design a plan of action.
