Room Rentals

The Management Association offers meeting rooms and amenities that are comfortable, affordable and convenient.

We offer a variety of facilities and services to accommodate your meeting, training and conference needs. Conveniently housed in our central headquarters location in Downers Grove where I-88 meets I-355, our meeting rooms can host events ranging from individual interviews to audiences of up to 50.

In addition to meeting space, members of the Management Association also have access to private office usage.

Seats up to 48 people classroom style.

  • Full day rental: $300.00
  • Half day rental: $210.00

Seats up to 16 people. 

  • Full day rental: $300.00
  • Half day rental: $210.00

Oak Consulting Conference Room

Seats up to 10 people. 

  • Full day rental: $200.00
  • Half day rental: $140.00

 

Room Rentals Include:

  • Wireless internet access
  • LCD projection package
  • Flip chart
  • Beverages are included for the first 15 people (water, coffee, tea, soda);
    cost for additional people is $3.00 per person.

Additional Equipment and Accommodations:

  • Additional flip charts $16.00 each per day
  • Xerox copies $.05 per page
  • Continental breakfast can be ordered at $5.00 per person including beverages.
  • Lunch can be ordered at the cost of the meal plus a $3.00 per person surcharge.
