The Management Association sets the industry standard for accuracy, relevancy and reliability in compensation survey data.

 

 

NOTE:  Organizations receive complimentary copies of our four most popular surveys when they join the Management Association. Complimentary copies of all surveys are also provided in subsequent years to member organizations that participate by supplying data.

Wage Survey

A survey of compensation for nearly 200 production, maintenance, and service positions. The annual Wage Survey report compiles data from 325 cooperating organizations contributing data for over 27,000 employees. Breakouts are also provided for industry and employment size.  Purchase surveys here.


Salary Survey

A survey of compensation for 200 clerical, technical, managerial, and professional positions. The annual Salary Survey report compiles data from approximately 400 cooperating organizations contributing data for 17,000 employees.  Breakouts are also provided for industry and employment size.  Purchase surveys here.

(National and Chicagoland versions)

Data from more than 3,000 organizations nationwide and more than 325 locally.

Executive Compensation Survey

(National and Chicagoland versions)

Data for 34 executive-level positions and has industry breakouts by manufacturing and service organizations. Within each industry, positions are further delineated by ownership, sales volume, geographical area and organizational unit. Base salary, bonus, other cash payments, total compensation, and stock owned are presented.  1,500 organizations nationally and approximately 250 locally participate. Purchase surveys here.

 

National Information Technology and Engineering Compensation Survey

This survey presents compensation data as well as policies and practices submitted by over 1,600 U.S. firms of varying sizes, geographic locations, and industries for over 200 IT and Engineering job classifications.  Purchase surveys here.

 

National Sales Compensation & Practices Survey

This survey presents compensation for 21 sales and sales management positions. Over 1,100 U.S. organizations submit data for approximately 14,000 employees.
