Human Resource Assessment

Today's labor and employment law is complex and fluid.  Even the most efficient HR department can have difficulties keeping up with ever-changing compliance requirements.  Avoid costly litigation and liability, while streamlining systems and procedures by allowing the Management Association to conduct an on-site Human Resources Assessment.

Your assessment will be conducted by our certified staff experts who will be carefully chosen for their specialties and experience based on your individual issues and challenges.

The assessment is divided into seven areas of concern.  You can choose to complete a comprehensive review, including all seven areas, or decide to specifically target one or several areas.

Project fees are determined by the number of focus areas you choose. Each is billed at a standard amount - regardless of your organization's size.  And an additional discount is offered to those who choose the complete, comprehensive review.
