Release date: April 12, 2011 The 2011 Non-Profit Salary and Benefits Survey report has been compiled using data provided by 88 cooperating organizations in the Chicagoland area who contributed data for 8,269 employees.
Number of organizations, number of employees, average base pay, median base pay, interquartile ranges (25th and 75th percentiles) and extremes (10th and 90th percentiles) and average hours per week. Includes the same statistics for breakouts by budget category and employment size for each position. Job descriptions are also provided. The Survey contains data for 101 jobs in the following categories:
