The ability to effectively coach employees is a key factor in performance management and employee development. In this session, participants will practice a five-step coaching model and will gain an understanding of the behaviors needed to be an effective coach.
Program Objectives:
• Discuss the difference between coaching and counseling.
• Recognize barriers to effective coaching.
• Identify your individual style and its impact on coaching success.
• Practice the five-step coaching model.
