Compensation Slip-Ups and Pitfalls in Tough Times

When times are tough, there may be an inclination to let your compensation planning and benchmarking slide. Don’t go down this slippery slope! Once your total rewards system has spiraled to certain depths, it will be hard to dig your institution out of the hole. This session addresses current compensation concerns, pay practices and some potential legal pitfalls that can overwhelm HR professionals.
 
At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to identify common mistakes that institutions make when compensating employees in lean economic times.
