Offered in partnership with the Employer’s Association in Minnesota, this Web-based learning course is for HR professionals planning to take the Human Resource Certification Institute examination for the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
Globalization is a pivotal economic force and HR professionals must account for the impact on their businesses from global forces and be able to help position their organizations to participate and succeed in a global marketplace.
The GPHR assesses the international HR body-of-knowledge and is intended for HR professionals who advise and counsel management on global HR issues, develop and implement global HR strategies, and/or are responsible for international assignment management.
Participants will have access to 8 one-hour on demand webinar program that can be viewed at your convenience. As additional support, participants will receive weekly reminders, have weekly conference calls with Employer’s Association Staff and receive additional practice exams.
This course uses the SHRM Global Learning System to cover test taking and test preparation recommendations. The course covers subject matter that parallels the major areas of responsibility covered by the GPHR exam including:
