Performance Evaluation

This program is designed for leaders at any level of your organization who struggle with some of the challenges associated with the performance evaluation process. During this three-hour session, we will take an intense look at the aspects of goal setting, monitoring and documenting performance, and preparing for and delivering performance evaluations. Participants will address the skills needed to provide ongoing feedback and will review appropriate documentation guidelines.
 

HIGHLIGHTS
Participants in this session will:

  • Discuss the importance of linking individual performance goals to larger organizational goals 
  • Apply the SMART criteria to goals to check for effectiveness
  • Understand the elements that contribute to performance
  • Practice creating a feedback file and effectively documenting performance
  • Understand the role of performance evaluations in the larger performance management model
