Offered in partnership with Trusight, our sister association in Minnesota, this Web-based learning course is for HR professionals planning to take the Human Resource Certification Institute examination for either the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designations. These courses are taught by PHR and SPHR certified professionals.

Participants will have access to 8 one-hour on demand webinar programs that can be viewed at your convenience. As additional support, participants will receive weekly reminders, have weekly conference calls with Employer’s Association Staff and receive additional practice exams.

Participants will:

• Know the basic concepts in Human Resource development.
• Understand compensation and benefits.
• Learn the fundamentals of employee and labor relations.
