  • Assist in disseminating job advertisements/postings.
  • Evaluate a candidate’s ability to perform a job through pre-employment testing.
  • Provide data to human decisionmakers in recruitment.

No biometric or other sensitive data is collected unless specifically disclosed here. 

AI outputs do not replace human judgment, and all final employment decisions are made by the organization.
