About the Survey

The 2026 Metro Chicago Compensation Survey covers compensation data for exempt, non exempt, production, service, and manager level positions. Executive roles are included in the National Executive Compensation Survey. Additional industry specific surveys –such as HR Source’s Library Survey, Illinois Non-Profit Survey, and Park and Recreation Compensation Survey – are also available.  Data is broken out by company size, geographic area and industry as well as all organizations combined.
