Your Class Pass allows you to register for almost any HR Source scheduled public training program for a full 12 months – at one low price.


How’s it work?

Member organizations who purchase a Class Pass essentially reserve one seat at most HR Source scheduled public training programs for a full year. It includes both live, in-person classes and live, virtual classes. No need to dig out the credit card for every registration, and no need to seek out organizational approval each time.

Can I use it for anything?

Well, no. The Class Pass allows you to register a single participant for most of the scheduled sessions on our public training calendar for a full year. It’s valid for classes that are a full day or less in length. (So, it excludes multi-day courses like Evolving Manager Boot Camp and HR Essentials. It also excludes our annual Altogether HR Conference and Employment Law Conference.) The Class Pass is not valid in our Online Video Training Store.

The Class Pass is being test flown at just $2,495 to the first 50 purchasers.

Once you make your purchase, we’ll contact you with your organization’s unique promotional code that you can use at checkout to register any individual for any qualifying class for a full year, without paying any additional registration fee.

Terms and Conditions
1. Validity of the Class Pass
The Class Pass is valid for 12 full months from your date of purchase.
All classes purchased through the Class Pass must be completed while the Class Pass is active. It applies only to classes scheduled to occur during the term of the class pass. As always, registration for any individual class is subject to availability; classes do occasionally sell out. Once the Class Pass expires, regular pricing will apply for any remaining classes.

2. Class Cancellation Policy
Class Pass Holders must comply with HR Source’s cancellation policy, which requires five (5) business days’ advance notice for cancellations.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in a $100 cancellation fee per occurrence.
If you cannot attend a class, you may substitute another person in your place.

3. Exclusions and Additional Terms
Certain training content, including but not limited to conferences, peer hubs, multi-day training courses, the HR Source Online Video Training Store, and partner-provided training, is excluded from the Subscription and must be purchased separately.
The Class Pass cannot be purchased in conjunction with other HR Source offers and/or discounts, including but not limited to the member referral discount.
Customers agree to pay the initial Subscription fee at the time of purchase.
All content provided through the Subscription is the property of HR Source or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not modify, copy, distribute, display, sell, publish, or create derivative works from this content for commercial or public purposes.
HR Source trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
HR Source makes no warranties regarding the training content provided through the Subscription.
HR Source is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, contracts, reputation, data, or business relationships, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Termination
The Class Pass is valid for a 12-month period. Subscription Holders will not receive refunds or a pro-ration of funds paid during the 12-month period.
HR Source reserves the right to terminate a Subscription for violations of these Terms or in cases of conflict of interest.
