Our Human Resources Certification Study Course provides human resource professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the six functional areas of human resource management as defined by the profession. The course is taught by our team of certified HR professionals and employment law attorneys using the most comprehensive and up-to-date study materials, including sample tests and test questions. Learn to understand HR management and general employment practices. Familiarize yourself with compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, and recognize the concepts of Human Resource development. Gain expertise in OSHA regulations and other health, safety, and security programs. This course is recommended for HR professionals planning to take the PHR® or SPHR® certification exam, PHR® certified professionals seeking to “upgrade” to SPHR®, HR practitioners seeking professional development to advance their expertise and their careers. When selecting a study course to prepare for the PHR®/SPHR® examination, consider the instructors' experience, the study course content, and the success of past participants. While we can make no guarantees, our participants’ pass rate is significantly higher than the national average (24% and 35% higher for the the PHR and SPHR Exams, respectively). This program includes 12 weekly evening sessions (11 meetings and a review session). Classes meet virtually once a week in the evening for three hours. Please register by January 9th to ensure receipt of materials prior to the start of the session. Once materials are sent, refunds cannot be issued.
