Princess Sarah is an internationally known leader, TedX speaker, artist and educator whose work addresses biracial and cultural identity and raises thought awareness of issues impacting Sierra Leone. Hear about Sarah's extraordinary journey having been raised in West Virginia by her adoptive parents to discovering that she was related to African royalty. Sarah shares that everyone must learn their title. Title alone does not give a person success. Princess Sarah will challenge us all to make our own discovery of self-identity and transformation.

When Generations Connect: How to Facilitate Knowledge Transfer
Phil Gwoke

As an internationally recognized speaker, Phil shares his wisdom and inspires others to be their best selves. In an era when it's necessary to focus on racial, ethnic and gender, and similar lenses of diversity, there is a tendency to overlook how much our generational identity informs us. In this session, Phil will cover who this young generation is and, more importantly, why they approach work differently. This session will show that there's strength in a cohesive, multigenerational team.
