For teams, the tracker can loaded to a file share system and includes check-out control so only one user edits the shared data at a time. That'll reduce the risk of multiple users overwriting each other’s changes.

It's accurate and compliant for FMLA management today, but if any legal requirements to FMLA should change, it will not be remotely updated by HR Source. It's a cool little app, immensely helpful, and our first foray into software development. Hence the low price.
