Dealing with Difficult People
You can't always avoid difficult people. Learning to deal with them will help you stay on task and feel less frustrated. This program provides strategies to relate to angry, emotional, "pushy" or even the very "nice" personalities who agree but don't follow through.
In this session we will:
• Review components of communication that are key to dealing with difficult individuals.
•Discuss the various "types" of difficult people and situations we may encounter in order to understand and be able to address their needs.
•Explore various strategies, skills and techniques to approach potentially emotional situations.
•Apply these skills to specific situations by evaluating and role playing difficult situations.
Learn. Lunch. Learn. Save.
Spend the day with us! Register for Dealing with Difficult People in the morning and Conflict Resolution in the afternoon and receive a $50 discount – and we'll even throw in lunch! Please call (800) 448-4584 to register and take advantage of this special pricing.
