aPHR Certification Study Course
The Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification study course is designed for professionals who would like to increase their knowledge of the human resources field. Our aPHR Study Course provides human resource professionals with a foundation of the six functional areas of human resources as defined by the profession. The course is taught by our team of certified HR professionals and employment law attorneys using comprehensive and up-to-date study materials, including sample tests and test questions. Participants will learn about HR and general employment practices and will become familiar with compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, human resource development and retention as well as health, safety, and security responsibilities.
The first three days of the study course will be combined with our HR Essentials course. In the final class session on March 6th, we will review all of the content that is specific to the aPHR.
This course is recommended for HR professionals who are preparing to take the aPHR® certification exam or for those who are more recent to the HR field who are seeking professional development to advance their expertise as an HR generalist.
This program meets January 17, 24, 31 and March 6th.
For eligibility and exam information about the aPHR, visit the HRCI website. If you have questions about professional certification, contact HR Source at 800-448-4584.
