Webinar: EEO-1's "Component 2 Data": What You Need to Know
The new components of the EEO-1 Report are due September 30, 2019. Organizations will have to file W-2 pay information for employees for 2017 and 2018, along with the hours worked by those employees.
Join us for this webinar to learn how to file this new report, which has many nuances associated with it. Participants will learn what data needs to be pulled to comply with Component 2, what to be careful about when pulling data including definitions of "hours worked" and some best practices for data gathering.
This webinar is free if you are a current AAP customer of HR Source! Watch your email for a code to register at no charge or contact Angela Adams at aadams@hrsource.org for more info or to register.
