This hands-on workshop, facilitated by LMI Chicago, will show participants how to super-charge their day with step-by-step instructions to configure Microsoft Outlook to manage responsibilities for maximum productivity. Discover LMI's system of e-mail management & file folder organization to leave the office each day with a clean inbox!  You'll learn how to use Outlook to more effectively plan for appointments and meetings, and to understand and utilize the power of tasks, delegation, and communication tracking.

Participants should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, and must bring their own laptop with Outlook 2013, 2016, or MS-365 installed. Software is not included. 
An instruction manual and screen prints will be provided for each participant with step-by-step instructions.

As an added bonus, LMI will also provide participants with a one hour, one-on-one, individual follow-up session.  This special coaching meeting will be scheduled individually and conducted remotely via GoToMeeting.
