Brea Malloy is a partner and strategy director at Simple Truth. She helps brands tap into what they stand for and use it to drive business. From stakeholder research, to brand architecture and strategy, she builds the foundation organizations need to align their employees and engage their customers. She has a master’s in integrated marketing communications and over 16 years of experience working on a range of brands, including Allstate, Aon, Baird & Warner, HR Source, IRI and The Scion Group.

Steve Batterson is a partner and creative strategy director at Simple Truth. He has spent over 17 years in the industry exploring how brand thinking can catalyze business thinking and vice versa. What he finds most compelling is exploring the best way to unearth and activate a client’s core purpose. He has done this for variety of brands, including Allstate, Aon, Chicago History Museum, Graycor Inc., GE, and United Airlines.
