HR Source conducted the 45th annual edition of the National Executive Compensation Survey in cooperation with 15 other member associations of The Employer Associations of America (EAA), representing data from 33 states.

The survey contains data for 48 executive-level positions. The data is segmented per position by sales volume, employer size, industry, region and state. The report shows statistics for base salary, variable pay, target incentives and total cash compensation. There is also a separate section of benefits/perquisites at the back segmented by manufacturing vs non-manufacturing organizations and public vs private organizations.
