Association Members Recognized as Best & Brightest

It feels good getting the credit you deserve. It feels nice knowing your peers have taken note of your good work publicly. And in my (slightly prejudiced) opinion, there is no profession more deserving of recognition than HR.

Best & BrightestThat's why we're proud to support the 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For©, and their annual recognition of companies and organizations in the Chicago area that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. These diverse organizations hail from many  industries and markets. However, I’ve noticed some similarities.

These organizations attract top talent, retain great employees, and compensate them well. They reward their employees with meaningful benefits, flexible workplaces, and imbue in them a feeling of purpose and belonging. They demonstrate a commitment to good communication, employee education, and the promotion of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. They’re philanthropic. They maintain safe and productive environments, while staying compliant with local and national laws. They stand apart from their peers by fostering mentorship, and serve as role models for their industries and constituents. Most importantly, they’ve made their communities stronger, more prosperous, more livable and generally, healthier.

We’re excited to highlight member organizations of the Management Association receiving this honor for 2017. Congratulations!
