What does DE&I look like and what does it really mean for people in marginalized groups? Join our distinguished and diverse panelists who will discuss their personal struggles as marginalized members of the community, how they’ve overcome some of the challenges they’ve faced and what employers can do to help create a more diverse and inclusive work environment for individuals like them. Panelists include Zanah Ghalawanji, Staff Attorney for the Council on American-Islamic Relations; Logan Wallace, a  DE&I researcher at the University of Chicago; and Samyuktha Neeraja, an association leader and disability advocate.
