This class, led by our HR Source attorneys, is designed to educate supervisors, managers and HR professionals on the importance of proactively managing employees’ performance and documenting areas of improvement in order to get the best out of your employees and to empower decisionmakers. 

This class will cover the proper methods of documenting employee performance issues, behavioral problems, and other policy violations, including the use of disciplinary action and termination where necessary.  Through the use of lecture, workshopping, and interactive discussion, participants will learn management methods to ensure compliance with legal requirements and minimize legal risk in decision-making.
