HR Source conducted the 46th annual edition of the National Executive Compensation Survey in cooperation with 13 other member associations of The Employer Associations of America (EAA). This report contains data from 48 states, 19 of which have a specific breakout category
The survey contains data for 47 executive-level positions. The data is segmented per position by sales volume, employer size, industry, region, state, and Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). The report shows statistics for base salary, variable pay, target incentives and total cash compensation. There is also a separate section of benefits/perquisites at the back segmented by manufacturing vs non-manufacturing organizations and public vs private organizations.
