The 2024 Park and Recreation Compensation Survey report has been compiled using data provided by 113 cooperating organizations in the Chicagoland area who contributed data for 13,140 employees.
Statistics Provided by Job:
Number of organizations, number of employees, average base pay, weighted average, median, interquartile ranges (25th and 75th percentiles) and extremes (10th and 90th percentiles). Includes breakouts by agency type, budget category and equalized assessed value (EAV) for each position. Job descriptions are also provided.
