A Point of Reference

Data is at the heart of so many important business decisions. How should we pay our new employee? How much PTO are other organizations offering? What are organizations doing to combat recruitment challenges? Our HR Hotline receives thousands of requests for various data points, or as I like to think of it – a point of reference. These reference points offer insight into what other organizations are doing and can help drive the decision-making process for your organization. HR Source surveys are teeming with essential reference points, and they’re all up for grabs.

In exchange for your time and reference points (aka data), members of HR Source who participate in our various surveys get the entire report for free. In some instances, we’ve opened our surveys to benefit all organizations who choose to contribute their reference points.
