Open Call for Volunteers

As a 125-year-old association, we exist for (and because of) our members. HR Source has evolved quite a bit over the last several decades, and since 1999, our Advisory Council has played a significant role in moving our association forward. While our volunteer Board of Directors provides strategic and financial oversight to the association, it’s the HR Source Advisory Council that provides input on our member resources, consulting services, and training offerings. 

Our call for HR Source Advisory Council volunteers is now open! If you are interested in helping shape the future of your association, we encourage you to participate. You’ll have the unique opportunity to provide feedback on potential new services, learn about technology upgrades, and even test-drive products and services before they’re rolled out. 

The Council meets twice annually and responds to periodic discussions in our private HR Source Advisory Council group on HR Exchange, our online member community. Whether you are brand new to HR Source or you’ve been around for years, your perspective is important to us. We strive to include an array of volunteers from all industry groups, organization sizes, and professional backgrounds. Whether you’re a career human resources professional or HR is one of many hats you wear on any given day, you’re welcome to volunteer!
