This program complies with bystander training requirements for the City of Chicago. 

This program will:

• Provide a short review of anti-harassment law;
• Explain the concept of bystander intervention and how it can be used in the workplace;
• Provide participants with an understanding of the “4 Ds”; and,
• Assist employees in identifying actions that may be taken by bystanders to address harassment in the workplace.
