The 2024 Illinois Non-Profit Survey report has been compiled using data provided by 219 cooperating organizations in Illinois who contributed data for 8,424 employees.

Statistics Provided by Job:
Number of organizations, number of employees, average base pay, median base pay, interquartile ranges (25th and 75th percentiles) and extremes (10th and 90th percentiles) and average hours per week. Includes the same statistics for breakouts by budget category and employment size for each position. Job descriptions are also provided.
