What's the Deal with Payscale Peer?

HR Source has partnered with Payscale to provide our members with access to this impressive compensation tool at a deeply discounted rate. Access to the platform generally runs about $6,000 annually if purchased independently, but through our partnership, HR Source members who recently participated in either the Library Survey or the Metro Chicago Compensation Survey can gain access for only $500. What is it?

Payscale Peer is an online compensation platform that contains regional and national data for more than 4,600 jobs. It includes 4,200 participating employers nationwide, representing 7.3 million employees.

Payscale Peer offers:

  • Regional, national, and international data at your fingertips.
  • The ability to filter data by a variety of factors, including city, state, industry, business function, tenure, organization size, annual revenue, and even organization name.
  • The capacity to select specific organizations for comparison. (Requires at least five organizations be selected.)
  • Data exports into PDF and Excel.

How do I know if Payscale Peer is a good fit for my organization?

  • Do you have unique positions that you have a difficult time finding data for?
  • Do you have locations outside of Illinois?
  • Do you have multiple locations that require you to purchase multiple surveys to benchmark all your positions?
