VETS-4212 Report: Government contractors and subcontractors with at least one $150,000 contract must file this annual report. It requires you share the total number of veterans in your workforce and the number of veterans you hired.
State equal pay reports: Illinois requires that private sector employers with 100 or more employees in Illinois file for an Equal Pay Registration Certificate every two years. The application involves providing the state with individual data on each employee. Other states and cities are also beginning to require this data.
