The NLRB's Shifting Position on Employee Handbook Policies
On June 6, 2018, the General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board (the NLRB” or “the "Board”), Peter Robb, issued a guidance memorandum, outlining the NLRB’s shift regarding how it will interpret employee handbook policies moving forward.
