This hands-on workshop, facilitated by LMI Chicago, will show participants how to super-charge their day with step-by-step instructions to set up their Microsoft Outlook to manage all their responsibilities for maximum productivity. Participants will learn LMI's system of e-mail management & file folder organization to leave the office each day with a clean inbox.  They will learn how to use Outlook to more effectively plan for appointments and meetings, understand and utilize the power of tasks, delegation, and tracking communication.

Participants are to bring their laptop for hands-on learning and must use Outlook on a regular basis.  A manual with instructions and screen prints is provided for each participant with step-by-step instructions. This workshop is both instructed and projected for visual reference while participants learn. Participants must already have Outlook installed on their computer as this software is not included. The seminar can be instructed on Outlook 2013, 2016, or MS-365 versions.

As an added bonus, LMI will also provide participants in this session with a one hour, 1-on-1 individual follow-up session.  This special coaching meeting will be scheduled individually and conducted remotely via GoToMeeting.
